Terms of Service

1. Who we are, and your agreement with us

Zerobox is operated by Zerobox LLC ("Zerobox", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zerobox website at zerobox.gg, our Discord server and bots, and the services available through them (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Zerobox provides automated lobby-queueing assistance ("3boxing") for supported game modes: bot accounts operated by Zerobox join your party so that you can queue with them, using controls we provide through Discord and our applications. Supported games, modes, regions, and the number of available bots vary over time and are not guaranteed.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a subscription.
• A Discord account is required. Your Zerobox identity is your Discord account; you are responsible for keeping that account secure, and for all activity that happens through it.
• Subscriptions are personal. Sharing, reselling, or transferring access to the Service is not permitted without our written consent.

4. Third-party games and platforms

Zerobox is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Activision, Microsoft, Discord, or any game publisher or platform. Your use of any game is governed by that game's own terms and rules, and using third-party assistance services such as Zerobox may be restricted by them. You are solely responsible for how you use the Service with your game accounts, and you accept the risk of any action a game publisher or platform may take against those accounts. If a game publisher changes their systems in ways that limit the Service, that is not a defect in the Service.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly, as offered at checkout).
• Purchases are processed by Stripe; your payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch Zerobox servers.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
• We may change plan prices or features. Price changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you advance notice of any increase.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it. If payment cannot be collected, we may suspend or end your subscription.
• Prices are exclusive of any taxes that we are required to collect, which are shown at checkout where applicable.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Promo codes

We may offer promotional or creator codes that discount a subscription. Codes apply at checkout, one code per purchase, have no cash value, and may be modified, deactivated, or discontinued at any time. A code's discount applies as described when you enter it (for example, to the first payment only).

8. Creator Program

Creators can apply to the Zerobox Creator Program at zerobox.gg/creators. The following applies if you take part:

• Applications and acceptance. Applying does not make you a creator; we review applications and accept or decline them at our sole discretion, and we may change or end the program, or an individual creator relationship, at any time.
• Commissions. Creators earn a commission on the first payment of each new subscriber who signs up using their code or share link, at the rate set for them. Renewal payments do not earn commission. Commissions become payable 30 days after the referred payment and are then paid out automatically.
• Payouts via Stripe. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. To receive payouts you must complete Stripe's onboarding, and by doing so you also agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Your identity and bank details are collected by Stripe directly — not by Zerobox.
• Refunds, disputes, and clawbacks. If a referred payment is refunded or disputed, the associated commission is cancelled — or, if it has already been paid out, reversed in proportion to the refund.
• Fair play and disclosure. Self-referrals earn nothing. Spamming your code, misrepresenting Zerobox or your relationship with us, and any other abuse of the program are prohibited. When you promote Zerobox, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with Zerobox — for example, that you earn a commission when people subscribe through your code or link — as required by applicable advertising law, including the FTC's endorsement guides.
• Suspension. If your participation is suspended or terminated for a violation, commissions that have not yet been released are forfeited and your code stops working.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts paid to you under the program.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service, the bots, or other members' use of the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, including other members' accounts or our infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or access the Service through automated means we have not provided;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that harms Zerobox, its members, or third parties.

We may apply fair-use limits (for example, queue limits or inactivity timeouts) to keep the Service usable for everyone.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, initiate unwarranted payment disputes, or where we reasonably believe suspension is necessary to protect the Service or other members. If your access is terminated for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund of amounts already paid. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. If you wish to delete your account while a subscription is active, you must cancel the subscription first.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

The Service depends on game platforms, cloud infrastructure, and other systems outside our full control. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in any particular region or game mode at any given time. We may modify, add, or remove features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROBOX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Zerobox harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give notice through the Service (for example, on this page or via our Discord server) before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
